Course Requirements

Basic understanding of project management concepts
Knowledge of construction, engineering, or technical projects (preferred)
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
Basic computer and Windows operating system skills
Familiarity with MS Excel is an advantage
Ability to understand project drawings or schedules (helpful)
No prior experience in Primavera P6 required (beginners welcome)
Willingness to learn planning and scheduling techniques
Access to a laptop or PC for practice sessions
